What are your townhome application fees?
There is a $70/person application fee so that we can conduct a full credit, income and background verification for all applicants. Additionally, there is a one-time $300 administrative fee. In the event the application is rejected, the administrative fee is refunded to the original method of payment within 10-12 business days.
Are there any additional fees or deposits to move into one of your townhomes?
There is a one-month security deposit that is collected in addition to first month’s rent before move in.
What are the approval qualifications for your townhomes?
Applicants must have a 650+ credit score and a combined income in excess of three times (3x) the monthly rent before taxes (gross income). We review each application individually to accommodate special circumstances.
Do you accept pets at Grand Prairie Townhomes?
Pets are welcome with a $35/month/pet rent and a $250/pet one-time fee. Standard dog breed restrictions apply. There are no weight restrictions for pets. Please submit a leasing inquiry if you are unsure if your pet would qualify.
How are utilities handled at Grand Prairie Townhomes?
All utilities are individually metered and are the tenant’s responsibility to set up before move in.
